Pharmacy
Websites and customer assistants for pharmacies
For a pharmacy we build a website live in 2–5 working days and an AI assistant that answers stock, opening-hours and product questions 24/7 on web chat and WhatsApp. It gives no medicines advice — that limit is deliberate; it understands the question and routes it to the pharmacist.
What goes wrong in a pharmacy
- There is a customer at the counter and the phone is ringing; one of them waits.
- Do you have this in stock — asked all day, every day.
- Extended-hours evenings mean a phone that does not stop, all of it the same question.
- Somebody checks the shelf by hand every time a skincare or baby product is asked about.
What the assistant does in this trade
Not a generic bot: it is trained on your prices, your hours and your services, and it answers 24/7 on web chat and WhatsApp, in your own words.
- Gives your opening hours and extended-hours arrangements immediately.
- Knows the product groups you carry: skincare, baby, medical supplies, vitamins.
- Runs the prescription flow — bring it in, or send a photograph.
- Gives delivery areas and cut-off times if you deliver.
- Refuses questions about dosage, interactions and treatment, and hands them to the pharmacist.
What the website carries
- Opening hours and extended-hours cover — the single most-looked-for page.
- Product categories: skincare, mother and baby, medical, vitamins.
- Location, opening hours and one tap to call.
- A delivery and order request form.
What runs on its own in the background
Most of a pharmacy phone call is do you have this in and are you open. Both have settled answers, and both are spending a pharmacist's attention.
- The assistant switches to extended-hours mode on the evenings you cover.
- A notify-me request is answered automatically when the item is back in.
- A prescription photograph raises an immediate alert for the pharmacist.
- A repeat reminder for regular medication, timed to when it runs out.
The example we built for a pharmacy
We built the design below end to end for this trade: the layout, the copy and a working assistant. The sample text is in Turkish — when we work together it is rewritten in your language, with your brand, your prices and your services.
Frequently asked
Will the assistant give medicines advice?
Never. We block it at the prompt level: for dosage, interaction or treatment questions it says it is passing this to the pharmacist and alerts you. Legally and ethically that is the only correct behaviour.
Where does it get stock information?
Full stock depends on your dispensary system. Where it cannot connect it works at product-group level — these brands are in skincare — and hands exact counts to you.
Do we enter the hours every month?
Once. The calendar runs for the year, and a change is one line to edit; the assistant knows it immediately.
Is sending a prescription photograph safe?
Data sits on servers we run ourselves with SSL, GDPR-compliant. You set how long prescription images are kept after processing.
