Websites and booking assistants for dental practices
For a dental practice we build three things together: a website live in 2–5 working days, an AI assistant that answers questions and books appointments 24/7 on web chat and WhatsApp, and automations that send the reminders. The assistant is trained on your prices, your hours and your treatments.
What goes wrong in a dental practice
- The phone rings while you are chairside, nobody answers, and the caller tries the next practice on the list.
- The same question — what does a filling cost — arrives dozens of times a day and somebody has to type the answer each time.
- A patient who forgets leaves the chair empty, and that hour is gone.
- Messages arriving after hours and at weekends sit unanswered until morning.
What the assistant does in this trade
Not a generic bot: it is trained on your prices, your hours and your services, and it answers 24/7 on web chat and WhatsApp, in your own words.
- Answers price questions from the figures you gave it, never a guess.
- Offers a free slot, confirms the one the patient picks, and books it.
- Distinguishes implants, orthodontics, root canal and whitening, and knows which clinician takes which.
- Handles the repeat questions about anaesthetic, recovery time and aftercare.
- Recognises urgency — swelling, a broken tooth — and flags it to you rather than queueing it.
What the website carries
- A page per treatment: implants, orthodontics, root canal, whitening. Each is searched separately.
- Clinician profiles with qualifications, which is where patient trust starts.
- A before-and-after gallery, with patient consent.
- The insurers you work with, so nobody has to ring to ask.
What runs on its own in the background
In dentistry most of the loss comes from the chair sitting empty. A patient who forgets an appointment costs you a slot that cannot be resold, because the day is already carved into fixed hours.
- A reminder goes out the day before, and the no-show rate falls.
- A six-month check-up reminder keeps the recall list turning without anyone maintaining it.
- A missed call gets a WhatsApp message straight back: we are chairside, when suits you?
- A satisfaction question and a review invitation once treatment finishes.
The example we built for a dental practice
We built the design below end to end for this trade: the layout, the copy and a working assistant. The sample text is in Turkish — when we work together it is rewritten in your language, with your brand, your prices and your services.
Frequently asked
Can the assistant quote prices?
It can quote yours, and only yours. It never invents a figure. For treatments you would rather not price over chat it says the fee is set after an examination and moves to booking.
Does it write into our own calendar?
Yes. We connect the calendar you already use, so the assistant reads free time from it and writes the appointment back to it. There is no separate panel to watch.
Where is patient data held?
On servers we run ourselves, encrypted, GDPR-compliant — not rented space inside somebody else's platform. Patient records stay under our care.
Will it give clinical advice?
No, and that limit is deliberate. It understands the complaint, judges the urgency and routes it to a clinician. Diagnosis is not a chatbot's job.
